The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the day to day operation of the department and administering supervision for all Housekeeping colleagues and ensure smooth running of the operation.
行政副管家负责部门每日的运作, 并且管理监督所有客房部员工的工作以确保管家部的运作可以按照钓鱼台&美高梅酒店集团的规章制度而进行。
1. Maintains an outstanding rapport with the Front Office to ensure prompt and clear communications with regard to room assignments, special requests, wait room, VIP’s and rush rooms
要跟前厅部保持良好关系,以确保沟通明确特别是和客房需求, 特别需求,客人在等的房间, VIP房和赶房相关连的事项。
2. Avoids overusing status or position power
避免过度使用职权。
3. Earn a reputation for fairness and applicability.
得到肯定和平易近人等良好声誉。
4. Effectively balances administrative duties, so that “Golden Time” is preserved and encourages direct reports to do the same.
确保所有员工休假和病假记录都精确的更新。
5. Demonstrates a superior knowledge of all systems; capably performs all needed procedures in a timely manner.
确保所有客人喜好记录以及VIP资料都精确的更新。
6. Ensures the department complies with all administrative requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Example: Payroll, Annual leaves and Public Holidays update, rostering, manning expenses, etc.
全面负责管家部文员区域并且控制失物招领, 确保事务可以按照适当的程序而正确进行。
7. Develops and maintains systems for satisfying guest preferences, resolving glitches and managing crunch response teams.
确保储存室的整洁, 并且对储藏室物品的借出以及归还做记录。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
岗位职责
1、A minimum of 5 years experience in housekeeping supervisory levels and with minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in luxury properties. 
至少拥有5年客房部工作经验并且拥有两年相似职位工作经验。
2、Possesses leadership skill and able to make sound independent decision.
拥有领导才能并且能够独立的作出可靠决定
3、Possesses strong interpersonal skill and experience in people handling
