Under the direction of the F&B manager, and to assist the FB manager in coordinating and managing the operation. To provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict, accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the outlet to exceed guest expectation

1. Knowledgeable and responsible for all outlets related systems to include (POS, payroll management, work orders, cashiering and Table management)

2. Responsible to drive the guest engagement and guest relations of your specific outlet

3. Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate

4. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following, through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
