Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and evaluation of the hotel's public relations strategy, including media relations, event planning, cross-brand collaborations, public sentiment monitoring and crisis response, as well as KOL/KOC relationship management. Aims to enhance the brand awareness, reputation, and market influence of Shenzhen Prince Bay MGM Hotel, supporting the overall marketing and revenue objectives of the hotel.
全面负责深圳太子湾美高梅酒店的公共关系策略规划、媒体关系维护、品牌活动策划、舆情管理、KOL/KOC合作及跨界联名项目,提升酒店品牌在华南地区乃至全国的高端影响力与美誉度,支持酒店整体市场营销与收入目标的实现。
1. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with luxury lifestyle, travel, finance, and fashion media, regularly planning press conferences, interviews, and media experience activities.
建立和维护与高端生活方式、旅游、财经、时尚类媒体的长期合作关系,定期策划媒体发布会、专访及体验活动。2. Monitor public sentiment related to the hotel, submit regular analysis reports, and develop and execute response strategies and crisis communication plans.
监测酒店相关舆情,定期提交分析报告,制定并执行舆情应对与危机管理预案。3. Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of hotel brand events, festival celebrations, themed dinners, and art-cultural projects.
统筹酒店品牌活动、节日庆典、主题晚宴、艺术文化项目的全流程策划与落地执行。4. Collaborate with F&B, Banquet, and Rooms departments to create in-hotel events with high communication value and guest experience.
协同餐饮、宴会、客房等部门,打造具有传播价值和体验感的店内活动。Build and maintain the hotel’s KOL/KOC resource system, develop tiered partnership strategies, and plan content collaboration projects across platforms.
