Fully responsibility for the Manage the Pastry kitchen operation, ensure kitchen health and safety.
Direct kitchen associates towards achieving the highest possible food quality and safety standards within the permeations of agreed budgets so as to satisfy the Hotel patrons and guests high expectancy.

1. Ensures that all guest contact Pastry Kitchen employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
确保饼房所有员工时刻提供给客人如酒店承诺的服务
2. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
提供及时、有效而个人化的服务，确保达到专业、高品质的工作水准。遇到不能解决的问题时，迅速汇报，确保高效的服务
3. Ensures that each profit center (e.g. Outlet, Banquets) is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise

4. Ensures that each cost center (e.g. Stewarding) operates with the lowest possible cost structure while also delivering on the brand promise to the guest

6. Tastes and monitors the food products served throughout the operation, providing feedback where appropriate

3. Thorough knowledge in Pastry / International Cuisine
