Under the direction of the F&B manager, and to assist the FB manager in coordinating and managing the operation. To provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict, accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the outlet to exceed guest expectation
服从餐饮部经理的管理，协助餐饮部经理管理部门的正常运营，对部门运营员工进行全面的监督，确保标准和服务与酒店的管理政策严格地保持一致。持续地吸引新客人并同时保持对忠诚客人的关心，协助酒店为客人提供具有创意的想法从而使利益最 大化。能够监督与引导餐厅的发展方向，并且对客人服务，部门的组织管理负责，使我们的服务超越客人的期望。
1. Works closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests

2. Ensures that Food and Beverage associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments

3. Tastes and monitors the food and beverage products served throughout the operation, provides feedback where appropriate

4. Monitors service and food and beverage standards in the Outlet.

5. Conducts frequent and thorough inspections together with the Chef de Cuisines, of the Food and Beverage Operation

6. Frequently verifies that only fresh products are used in food and beverage preparation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. With 3 years and above 5 starts hotel working experience at Bar operation
具有5星级以上酒店酒吧同等5年以上相关工作经验
2. English Fluent in both writing and speaking
流利的英语说、写能力
3. High energy level with presentation skills
