To be prepared to work flexible shifts at designated area to create a fully multi skilled and productive Food and Beverage team. Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

1. Presents menu/ drinks list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to guests

2. Takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures
根据所定的程序接受点菜并为客人服务食品及饮料
3. Knowledge of all POS and cashiering functions
熟悉操作POS终端以及和收银相关的功能
4. Ensures all food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities in the Outlet are maintained according to the Departmental Operation Manual requirements

5. Proficient and knowledge of all menus to include our selection of Food, Beverage, Beer, Wine, spirits and cocktails

6. Up-sells beverage to increase the revenue
