JOB SUMMARY
岗位摘要This role is a key member of the LEGOLAND Shenzhen Resorts accounts payable team and has responsibility for dealing with the capture of supplier invoices/credits from an invoice being received to eventual payment. This function is provided to LEGOLAND Shenzhen Resorts and the entities it delivers a service for, plus any ad-hoc tasks as required.
This position is to assist procurement manager to finish overall procurement process including but not limited to contract, compliance, development business partners and products, strategic & daily tender management, procurement system maintenance, and any ad-hoc assignments.该职位是深圳乐高乐园度假区协助采购经理完成整体采购流程,包括但不限于合同管理、合规审查、商业伙伴与产品开发、战略及日常招标管理、采购系统维护,以及任何临时性任务。
Job Responsibility
• Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and product specifications to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Continually explore alternative sources of supply taking into consideration price, quality and reliability of both existing and new vendors
• Conduct effective negotiations with vendors to achieve procurement target
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs, forecast demand, and develop procurement plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procurement policies,
• Prepare monthly purchases report for analysis
• Assist Procurement Manager to create and maintain system supplier pool and catalogue purchase items to ensure procurement activities, maintain the price
• Assist Procurement Manager to undertake supplier management including supplier evaluation, performance review, certification and qualification filing and update, etc.
• Participate in supplier regular visit, audit and assist to finish relative report.
• Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking.
• Coordinate and prepare tender documents, organize internal team and supplier to follow the Tender / Contract procedure
• Assist to prepare or collect evaluation grid form and organize tender committee.
• Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, payment terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the procurement process.

• 协助采购经理开展供应商管理,包括供应商评估、绩效审核、资质文件归档与更新等。
• 参与供应商定期走访与审计,并协助完成相关报告。
• 管理采购订单流程,确保采购订单的准确、及时创建、发布与跟踪。
• 协调并编制招标文件,组织内部团队与供应商遵循招标/合同流程。
• 协助准备或收集评估表格,并组织招标委员会。
• 与供应商协商合同条款,以确保具有竞争力的价格、有利的付款条件及互惠协议。
• 与跨职能团队协作,确保采购全过程的协同与有效沟通。
Key Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• More than 5 years’ experience in Procurement fields in hospitality.
• Advantage of Experience in hotel group or attraction business.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.
• Having experience in Hotel or Themed Park opening.
• High level of ethical standard.
• Knowledge of FFE, OSE and/or F&B and/or external services in hospitality.
• Good at data analysis.
• Strong analytical and excellent negotiation skills, organized, meticulous with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a positive attitude, mature, highly initiative, with strong leadership qualities and able to relate well with individuals at all levels and function effectively
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
• Can Do attitude to actively face challenges.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Major in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields preferred
教育背景
• 需具备工商管理、商务、经济学或相关专业的大专、高级大专、本科或专业学位。
• 酒店管理、商务管理或相关专业优先
