JOB SUMMARY
岗位摘要This role exists to manage and oversee the employee residence and employee shuttle operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all employees. The Employee Affairs Manager will develop and implement policies and procedures, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employee experience and engagement.

员工宿舍Search, identify, evaluate, and secure suitable residence venues for employees. Consider factors like distance to the resort, capacity, facilities, and surrounding environment.

Assess potential housing properties and negotiate rental terms, lease agreements, and legalities with property owners or management.

Lead the contracting process, including drafting and negotiating lease agreements for employee housing. Ensure that contracts align with the company’s needs and legal requirements.

Work with venders to oversee the setup and furnishing of employee residence spaces to ensure they meet company standards and provide a safe, comfortable living environment.

Liaise with external vendors to arrange laundry and linen supplies; repairs and maintenance; pest control; waste management; public area cleaning and ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.

Coordinate with vendors for furniture, appliances, and other necessities for employee residence rooms.

Prepare monthly report which includes but not limit to movement in employee residence, check in & check out employee in the month, disciplinary record and employee activity information, maintenance details, expenses breakdown etc.

Key Skills
关键技能Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, facility management, or operations management, preferably in a hospitality, theme park, or large-scale event environment. Proven experience in managing employee housing, transportation services, and coordinating logistics.
