工作职责:
1. 负责餐厅日常运营管理,包括人员排班、服务质量监督、顾客投诉处理及现场突发情况应对;
2. 统筹协调前厅与后厨工作衔接,确保服务流程顺畅、出品标准统一、顾客体验稳定;
3. 执行食品安全与卫生管理制度,定期检查设施设备、物料储存及操作规范,落实各项安全合规要求;
4. 参与员工培训与带教,提升团队服务意识、操作技能及协作能力;
5. 协助完成经营数据分析、成本控制及营收目标分解落实,定期提交运营改善建议。
任职资格:
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备2年以上连锁餐饮或中高端社会餐饮前厅/营运管理经验,有独立带班或小组管理经历;
3. 熟悉餐厅服务标准、运营流程及食品安全法规,持有有效健康证明;
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及问题解决能力,能适应轮班制工作安排;
5. 具备基础的数据记录与分析能力,熟练使用办公软件及常见餐饮管理系统(如POS系统)。
