工作职责：
1. 负责健身中心日常运营管理，统筹会员服务、教练团队协调及场地运营调度工作；
2. 负责会员增长与留存管理，组织实施营销活动、会员关怀计划及满意度提升举措；
3. 监督课程安排与教练排班，保障课程质量与教学规范，配合开展教练培训与绩效辅导；
4. 管理场馆设施维护、安全巡检及卫生标准执行，确保运营符合行业服务与安全规范；
5. 参与营收目标分解与过程跟踪，定期分析经营数据并提出优化建议，支持业绩达成。
任职资格：
1. 中等职业教育学历（中专、技校或职高），体育服务与管理、休闲体育、运动训练、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上健身行业一线运营经验，有会所/健身房门店管理或主管岗位实绩者优先；
3. 熟悉健身行业服务流程、课程体系及会员生命周期管理，具备基础数据分析与活动策划能力；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作意识，能独立处理现场运营问题并高效推进跨岗位协作；
5. 持有社会体育指导员、救生员或相关职业资格证书者优先，具备基础办公软件操作能力。
