职位概述What You’ll Do 
协助高级服务管家执行餐饮服务标准与运营管理，督导初级管家规范操作；负责日常服务品质管控、餐食出品监督与环境管理；收集宾客反馈，参与服务优化；管理餐饮物资盘点与补给；协助开展丝路餐饮文化活动，处理一般投诉，保障餐饮服务稳定、高效、高品质运行。
Assist the Senior Service Butler in implementing F&B service standards and operation management, supervise junior butlers in standardized operations; be responsible for daily service quality control, food production supervision and environment management; collect guest feedback and participate in service optimization; manage inventory and replenishment of F&B supplies; assist in cultural activities, handle general complaints to ensure stable, efficient and high-quality operation.
主要职责How You’ll Do It
· 协助落实服务标准与流程，现场指导初级管家，纠正服务偏差，保障服务一致性。
· Assist in implementing service standards and procedures, guide junior butlers on site, correct service deviations to ensure service consistency.
· 监督餐食温度、口味、摆盘及服务流程规范性，确保服务品质达标。
· Supervise food temperature, taste, presentation and service procedure standardization to ensure quality.
· 收集宾客意见与建议，及时上报并参与服务优化改进。
· Collect guest comments and suggestions, report timely and participate in service optimization.
· 负责餐饮物资、餐具、耗材盘点、登记与补给，避免短缺与浪费。
· Be responsible for inventory, registration and replenishment of F&B supplies, tableware and consumables to avoid shortage and waste.
· 协助组织丝路主题餐饮活动，向宾客讲解饮食文化与产品特色。
· Assist in organizing Silk Road themed dining activities, explain culinary culture and product features to guests.
· 处理一般性餐饮投诉，重大问题立即上报并协助处置。
· Handle general dining complaints, report major issues immediately and assist in handling.
· 配合完成团队培训、技能考核及上级安排的其他工作。
· Cooperate in team training, skill assessment and other tasks arranged by superiors.

1.薪酬福利：有竞争力的薪酬，薪酬模式为：月发工资+岗位工资+绩效工资+计
趟效益工资，具体薪酬面议。
Competitive salary with a compensation model of monthly salary + position salary +
performance-based salary + trip-based benefit salary. The specific salary will be
negotiated.
2.工作地点：
①主要基地：西宁。在此地负责日常的准备工作、轮班调度及与其他部门的沟通协调。
Main Base: Xining. Responsibilities here include daily preparations, shift scheduling, and
coordination with other departments.
②实际工作场所：旅游火车上。随列车穿梭于各个风景秀丽的目的地，为宾客提
供沿途的贴心服务。
Actual Workplace: On the luxury tourist train. Travel with the train to various scenic
destinations, providing thoughtful services to guests along the journey.
