审查、分析和呈现项目机会
负责交易执行包括商务谈判
辨别和评估业务增长机会,包括委托管理合同及特许经营协议
代表品牌参加相关的酒店行业活动,保持在业内的高知名度
掌握相关行业趋势和新闻,及其对休闲市场的潜在影响
与业主谈判交易条款,达成谅解备忘录或意向书的签署,并最终签署合同建立自律的异地办公系统,包括接受并认真执行上级安排的出差管理、内部行政工作任务安排的完成等

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for growth of TUI BLUE brand in Greater China· Developing key relationships internally and externally to exploit deal flowopportunities
Due diligence, analysis, and presentation of opportunities Taking responsibility for the execution of transactions and deals including negotiations Identification and evaluation of business growth opportunities including managementcontracts, and franchise agreements Attending and representing the brand at relevant hospitality events, maintaining a highprofile within the industry
Monitoring relevant industry trends and news and their potential impact especially onleisure markets
Negotiating deal terms with owners leading to the signing of a Heads of Terms orLetter of Intent and ultimately signing of contracts
Establish a disciplined remote working system, including managing business tripsassigned by superiors and completing internal administrative tasks
