我们正在中国寻找一位经验丰富、商业导向且执行力强的酒店总经理。该职位全面负责酒店的经营管理、财务业绩、宾客体验、团队建设及业主关系，确保酒店达到品牌标准并实现持续的业务增长和盈利目标。
We are seeking an experienced, commercially
driven and hands-on General Manager to lead one of our hotels in China. The GM
will have full responsibility for hotel operations, financial performance,
guest experience, people leadership and owner relations, ensuring strong
business results while delivering TUI brand standards.
主要职责 
●全面负责酒店日常运营及经营管理，对酒店整体业绩负责；
●制定并执行年度经营计划、预算及商业策略，重点推动营收、GOP及盈利能力；
●密切关注市场和竞争对手表现，及时调整销售、收益及市场策略；
●强化销售导向，积极拓展企业客户、MICE、休闲及本地市场业务；
●持续提升宾客满意度、服务品质及品牌表现；
●建立高效、有责任感的管理团队，明确目标并推动执行；
●严格控制人工、采购及各项运营成本，提高经营效率；
●与业主建立专业、透明且以结果为导向的合作关系；
●确保酒店符合当地法律法规、品牌标准及集团相关政策；
●与 TUI 区域团队紧密合作，完成酒店经营及战略目标。
Responsibilities
● Take full responsibility for the overall operation
and business performance of the hotel;
● Develop and execute the annual business
plan, budget and commercial strategy, with a strong focus on revenue, GOP and
profitability;
●  Closely monitor market and competitor
performance and adjust sales, revenue and marketing strategies accordingly;
●  Drive business development across
corporate, MICE, leisure and local market segments;
● Continuously improve guest satisfaction,
service quality and brand performance;
●  Build and lead a high-performing,
accountable management team;
●  Maintain strong cost discipline across
payroll, procurement and hotel operations;
● Develop a professional, transparent and
results-oriented relationship with the hotel owner;
● Ensure compliance with local regulations,
TUI brand standards and corporate policies;
●  Work closely with the TUI regional team to
achieve the hotel’s operational and strategic objectives.
任职要求
l  具有国际品牌酒店总经理或同等级高级管理岗位经验；
l  具备优秀的商业意识及完整的酒店 P&L 管理能力；
l  熟悉中国酒店市场及主要销售和分销渠道；
l  销售能力强，能够主动走向市场、拜访客户并创造业务机会；
l  具备较强的收益管理及成本控制意识；
l  结果导向，具备较强的执行力和解决问题能力；
l  具有成熟的业主沟通及关系管理能力；
l  领导力强，同时愿意深入运营一线；
l  中文流利，具备良好的英文工作及沟通能力。
Qualification：
●Proven experience as a General Manager or
equivalent senior leader within an international hotel environment;
●Strong commercial acumen with solid hotel
P&L management experience;
●Good knowledge of the China hospitality
market and key distribution channels;
●Strong sales orientation with the ability
to actively engage clients and generate new business;
●Strong understanding of revenue management
and cost control;
●Results-driven with strong execution and
problem-solving capabilities;
●Proven ability to manage owner and
stakeholder relationships;
● A strong leader who is also prepared to
remain hands-on and close to the operation;
●Fluent Mandarin with good professional
English communication skills.
