Responsible for hotel food and beverage cost reports, controlling food and beverage operating costs.
负责酒店食品、饮品成本报告，控制食品、饮品营业成本控制。
Check the procurement and supply channels of food raw materials, receiving procedures, and raw material quality, and master the price information of raw materials in the market.
检查食品原材料采购供货渠道、收货程序以及原材料质量，掌握市场上原材料价格信息。
Supervise the preparation of meal cards to provide a basis for setting sales prices. Prepare the decadal report on catering sales analysis, adjust catering prices, and provide information in a timely manner.
督促编制配餐卡，为制定销售价格提供依据。编制餐饮销售分析旬报，调整餐饮价，及时提供信息。
Communicate with various kitchens, restaurants, and bars, provide cost information, and reduce costs.
与各厨房餐厅酒吧沟通，提供成本信息，降低成本。
Regularly conduct market price investigations and analyses together with the Purchasing Department and Catering Department to more effectively control purchase prices.
定期与采购部、餐饮部共同对市场价格进行调查、分析，更有效地控制进价。
Responsible for preparing monthly dietary cost reports.
负责编制每月饮食成本报告。
Strictly enforce relevant procedures and standards for the purchase, acceptance, storage, and release of various items, food, and beverages.
严格各种物品、食品、饮品的购入、验收、入库出库等有关手续和标准。

【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
Have a financial major degree of more than 3 years or an accountant qualification; have more than 2 years of work experience in this position, and more than 2 years of work experience in the cost accounting position.
具有3以上财务专业学历或会计师资格；具有本岗2年以上工作经验，在成本核算岗位工作2年以上。 
Has strong management, communication, coordination abilities and team collaboration awareness.
具有较强的管理、沟通、协调能力和团队协作意识。
Upright and honest in character, with good professional ethics and qualities, and a strong sense of responsibility.
人品正直诚实，具备良好的职业道德和素质，责任心强。
Able to conduct targeted analysis on cost accounting indicators and provide reasonable suggestions appropriately.
能对成本核算指标进行针对分析并合理提供合理的建议。
Be proficient in financial accounting procedures and able to skillfully use financial software and office software.
通晓财务核算流程，能熟练运用财务软件及办公软件。
Based on the needs of hotel operations, effectively carry out scientific cost estimation.
根据酒店经营需要，有效进行科学的成本测算。
Have a certain sensitivity to various financial indicators.
对财务各项指标具有一定的敏感力。
