Responsible for hotel safety management, formulate and implement safety management systems and emergency response plans.
负责酒店安全管理工作,制定并执行安全管理制度和应急预案。
Supervise the daily maintenance and inspection of hotel fire protection facilities and monitoring systems.
监督酒店消防设施、监控系统的日常维护与检查。
Organize safety training and drills to improve employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
组织安全培训及演练,提高员工安全意识和应急处理能力。
Handle emergencies, conduct timely investigations and submit accident reports.
处理突发事件,及时调查并提交事故报告。
Cooperate with relevant departments to carry out safety inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards and laws and regulations.
配合相关部门开展安全检查,确保符合行业标准及法律法规。
Manage the security team, arrange daily patrol and duty schedules.
管理安保团队,安排日常巡逻及值班计划。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
Have relevant experience in safety management and be familiar with hotel safety operation procedures.
具备安全管理相关经验,熟悉酒店安全运营流程。
Understand laws and regulations such as fire control and public security, and priority will be given to those holding relevant qualification certificates.
了解消防、治安等法律法规,持有相关资格证书优先。
Possess strong emergency response and organizational coordination capabilities.
具备较强的应急处理能力和组织协调能力。
Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to shift work system.
