【岗位职责】
职责概述
GENERAL MISSION
Be fully responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and operation management of the hotel's fire protection system.
全面负责酒店消防系统的日常巡检、维护及运行管理。
Assist the safety manager in doing a good job in the hotel's fire prevention work and fire knowledge training for hotel employees.
协助安全经理做好酒店的消防工作，及酒店员工的消防知识培训。
Organize the formulation and implementation of fire safety management systems, operating procedures and emergency plans.
组织制定并落实消防安全管理制度、操作规程及应急预案。
Regularly carry out fire protection facilities inspection, maintenance, and hidden danger investigation and rectification work.
定期开展消防设施检测、维护保养及隐患排查整改工作。
Establish complete fire protection archives and records, and do a good job in inspection records and work reports.
建立完整的消防档案资料，做好检查记录与工作报告。
Connect with fire safety regulatory authorities and implement all fire safety work requirements.
对接消防监管部门，落实各项消防安全工作要求。

JOB SPECIFICATION 
职位要求
Hold a Fire Facilities Operator Certificate (Intermediate or above) or a Registered Fire Engineer Qualification.
持有消防设施操作员证（中级以上）或注册消防工程师资格。
More than 3 years of fire management work experience in hotels or large commercial complexes.
3年以上酒店或大型商业综合体消防管理工作经验。
Proficient in the operation and maintenance of fire protection facilities such as automatic alarm systems and sprinkler systems.
精通自动报警系统、喷淋系统等消防设施的操作维护。
Be familiar with the Fire Control Law and local fire control regulations and standards.
熟悉《消防法》及地方消防法规标准。
Possess outstanding emergency incident handling and organizational coordination capabilities.
具备突出的应急事件处置和组织协调能力。
Able to skillfully use various fire protection testing instruments and office software.
能熟练使用各类消防检测仪器及办公软件。
