Responsible for the daily operation and management of the banquet hall, including event planning, venue decoration, and supervision of service procedures.
负责宴会厅日常运营管理，包括活动策划、场地布置及服务流程监督。
Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of banquet events.
协调厨房、服务团队及其他部门，确保宴会活动顺利执行。
Formulate banquet service standards and train employees to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
制定宴会服务标准并培训员工，提升服务质量与客户满意度。
Handle emergencies and customer complaints during banquets, and maintain the hotel's reputation.
处理宴会期间的突发情况及客户投诉，维护酒店声誉。
Control banquet costs, manage material inventory and equipment maintenance.
控制宴会成本，管理物资库存及设备维护。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
 Have work experience in banquet service or hotel-related fields, and be familiar with banquet procedures.  
具备宴会服务或酒店相关领域工作经验，熟悉宴会流程。
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of efficiently coordinating multi-department collaboration.
优秀的组织协调能力，能高效统筹多部门协作。
Strong stress resistance and emergency handling skills.
较强的抗压能力与突发事件处理技巧。
Good communication skills and customer service awareness.
良好的沟通技巧及客户服务意识。
Willing to adapt to flexible working hours (including weekends and holidays).
