Responsible for building and improving the hotel staff training system, formulating and implementing the annual training plan.负责酒店员工培训体系的搭建与完善,制定年度培训计划并组织实施。
Develop and design training courses, including modules such as service skills, product knowledge, and management capabilities.
开发与设计培训课程,包括服务技能、产品知识、管理能力等模块。
Organize new employee onboarding training and job skill training for various departments.
组织新员工入职培训及各部门岗位技能培训。
Evaluate the effectiveness of training, and continuously optimize the content and methods of training.评估培训效果,持续优化培训内容和方式。
Manage training budgets and reasonably control training costs.管理培训预算,合理控制培训成本。
Establish employee training files to track employees' growth and development.
建立员工培训档案,跟踪员工成长发展。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
Have training experience in hotel management or related fields.具备酒店管理或相关领域培训经验。
Be familiar with the operational procedures and service standards of various departments in the hotel.熟悉酒店各部门运营流程及服务标准。
Excellent course development capabilities and teaching skills.优秀的课程开发能力和授课技巧。
