【Job Responsibilities 岗位职责】  
Responsible for the full-process management of hotel accounts receivable, including bill verification, payment tracking, collection and accounting processing.
负责酒店应收账款的全流程管理，包括账单核对、款项跟踪、催收及账务处理。
 Regularly communicate with departments such as sales and front desk to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounts receivable.
定期与销售、前台等部门沟通，确保应收账款的准确性和及时性。
 Prepare reports related to accounts receivable, analyze aging and abnormal situations, and propose improvement suggestions.
编制应收账款相关报表，分析账龄及异常情况，提出改进建议。
Assist the financial manager in improving the accounts receivable management system and optimizing work processes.
协助财务经理完善应收账款管理制度，优化工作流程。
 Handle customer payment issues, coordinate to resolve disputed amounts, and maintain good customer relationships.
处理客户付款问题，协调解决争议款项，维护良好的客户关系。
 Cooperate with internal and external audit work to ensure the compliance and accuracy of financial data.  
配合内外部审计工作，确保财务数据的合规性与准确性。  

【Job Requirements 岗位要求】  
Have basic knowledge related to finance or accounting, and be familiar with accounts receivable management processes.
具备财务或会计相关基础知识，熟悉应收账款管理流程。
Work meticulously and rigorously, with a strong sense of responsibility, and able to independently handle complex accounting issues.
工作细致严谨，责任心强，能够独立处理复杂账务问题。
 Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with various departments.  
良好的沟通协调能力，能与各部门高效协作。
 Proficient in using financial software and office software (such as Excel), with data analysis capabilities.
熟练使用财务软件及办公软件（如Excel），具备数据分析能力。
 Preference will be given to those with financial work experience in the hotel industry; those without experience can be trained.  
有酒店行业财务工作经验者优先，无经验者可培养。
 Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possess strong stress resistance.
能适应快节奏工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力。
