【Job Responsibilities 岗位职责】  
Take full charge of the daily operational management of the Chinese restaurant, including staff scheduling, implementation of service standards and maintenance of restaurant environment.
全面负责中餐厅的日常运营管理工作，包括人员排班、服务标准执行及餐厅环境维护。
Formulate and implement restaurant sales strategies, achieve monthly business targets, and control operational costs and wastage.
制定并实施餐厅销售策略，完成月度经营指标，控制成本损耗。
Supervise staff service procedures, handle guest complaints and emergencies, and ensure service quality meets required standards.
督导员工服务流程，处理客人投诉及突发事件，确保服务质量达标。
Be responsible for staff training, performance appraisal and team building of the restaurant to improve employees' professional competencies.
负责餐厅员工培训、绩效考核及团队建设，提升员工专业素质。
Supervise the implementation of food safety and hygiene standards to ensure full compliance with relevant national regulations.
监督食品安全及卫生标准执行，确保符合国家相关法规要求。
Regularly analyze operational data, propose improvement plans and ensure their effective implementation.  
定期分析经营数据，提出改进方案并落实执行。
Coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house, optimize food serving procedures and guest dining experience.
协调厨房与前厅工作衔接，优化出餐流程与客户体验 。 

【Job Requirements 岗位要求】  
Possess working experience in F&B management; candidates with Chinese restaurant management experience are preferred.
具备餐饮行业管理经验，有中餐厅管理经验者优先。
Familiar with restaurant operational procedures and service standards, with solid mastery of cost control methods.  
熟悉餐厅运营流程及服务标准，掌握成本控制方法 。
Excellent team management capabilities, able to motivate staff and coordinate interpersonal relationships effectively.
出色的团队管理能力，能有效激励员工并处理人际关系。
Strong ability to handle emergencies and proficient skills in resolving customer complaints.  
具备较强的突发事件处理能力及客户投诉应对技巧。
Good health condition, able to work flexible hours and withstand high-intensity work pressure.  
身体健康，能适应弹性工作时间及高强度工作压力。
Candidates with relevant F&B professional qualification certificates are preferred.  
持有餐饮相关职业资格证书者优先考虑。
