【Job Responsibilities 岗位职责】  
Oversee overall daily operation and management of the Western restaurant, including pre-service preparation, in-dining service and post-shift closing procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service workflows.
全面负责西餐厅日常运营管理工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作，确保服务流程顺畅高效。
Supervise servers to comply with standard service procedures and organize regular skill training to upgrade the team’s professional service competency.
督导服务员执行标准化服务流程，定期开展服务技能培训，提升团队专业服务水平。 
Responsible for the maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment, supervise the implementation of food safety and hygiene standards, and ensure full compliance with five-star hotel regulations.
负责餐厅设备设施维护保养，监督食品安全及卫生标准执行，确保符合五星级酒店规范。
Handle guest complaints and emergencies, resolve service issues in a timely manner, and safeguard the hotel’s brand image.  
处理客人投诉及突发事件，及时解决服务过程中的问题，维护酒店品牌形象。
Assist the restaurant manager in formulating service standards and operational procedures, and participate in the formulation and implementation of service quality improvement plans.  
协助餐厅经理制定服务标准与操作流程，参与服务质量改进方案的制定与实施。
Take charge of daily business report verification, inventory checking and cost control of restaurant supplies. 
负责每日营业报表核对、物资盘点及成本控制工作。
Arrange staff schedules rationally based on business volume and coordinate communication & collaboration with other departments.  
根据营业情况合理排班，协调与其他部门的沟通协作。  

【Job Requirements 岗位要求】  
Possess working experience in Western restaurant of star-rated hotels; candidates with grassroots management experience are preferred.
具备星级酒店西餐厅服务工作经验，有基层管理经验者优先。
Proficient in Western dining service procedures and standards, with solid knowledge of Western cuisine and wines.  
熟练掌握西餐服务流程及标准，熟悉葡萄酒、西餐菜品知识。 
Possess excellent on-site management and emergency handling capabilities.
具备优秀的现场管理能力和突发事件处理能力。
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of fluent daily work communication in English.  
良好的中英文沟通能力，能流畅使用英语进行工作交流。
Candidates with relevant catering service certificates are preferred. 
持有餐饮服务相关资格证书者优先考虑。
