Job Responsibilities  岗位职责
负责酒店日常物资的采购工作，包括食品、饮料、客房用品、清洁用品等，确保采购物品的质量和及时供应
Responsible for daily procurement of hotel supplies including food, beverages, guest room amenities and cleaning materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
制定并执行采购计划，优化采购流程，降低采购成本，提高采购效率
Develop and implement procurement plans, optimize procurement processes, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
与供应商建立并维护良好的合作关系，定期评估供应商的资质、价格和服务，确保供应链稳定
Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, regularly evaluate their qualification, pricing and service to ensure a stable supply chain.
监控市场行情，及时掌握价格波动趋势，为采购决策提供数据支持
Monitor market trends and price fluctuations, provide data support for procurement decisions.
负责采购合同的谈判、签订及执行，确保合同条款符合公司利益
Negotiate, sign and execute procurement contracts to protect company interests.
协调仓储部门，确保库存水平合理，避免物资积压或短缺
Coordinate with the warehouse department to maintain reasonable inventory levels and avoid overstock or shortage.
处理采购过程中的突发问题，如缺货、质量问题等，确保酒店运营不受影响
Resolve urgent issues during procurement such as stockouts and quality problems to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.
Job Requirements 岗位要求
具备较强的市场分析能力和谈判技巧，能够独立完成采购任务
Strong market analysis and negotiation skills, able to complete procurement tasks independently.
熟悉采购流程及供应链管理，了解酒店行业采购特点者优先
Familiar with procurement processes and supply chain management; experience in hotel industry is preferred.
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与各部门有效配合
Good communication and teamwork skills, able to cooperate effectively with all departments.
工作细致认真，责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力
Meticulous, responsible and able to work under pressure.
熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的数据分析能力
Proficient in office software with basic data analysis ability.
诚信正直，具备良好的职业道德和职业操守
Honest and reliable with strong professional ethics.
