【岗位职责】
Take overall charge of daily operation and management of the hotel Finance Department, formulate and implement financial management systems and procedures to ensure compliant and efficient financial operations.
1、全面负责酒店财务部的日常运营管理，制定并执行财务管理制度与流程，确保财务工作合规、高效。
Organize the preparation of the hotel’s annual budget and monthly financial forecasts, monitor budget implementation, conduct regular financial analysis and put forward improvement suggestions.
2、组织编制酒店年度预算、月度财务预测，监控预算执行情况，定期进行财务分析并提出改进建议。
Oversee all hotel accounting activities, review vouchers, account books and financial statements to guarantee accurate data and timely submission.
3、统筹酒店会计核算工作，审核各类凭证、账簿及财务报表，确保数据准确、报送及时。
Be responsible for hotel tax declaration and tax planning, maintain communication and coordination with tax authorities to prevent tax risks.
4、负责酒店税务申报、税务筹划及与税务机关的沟通协调，防范税务风险。
Supervise hotel cost control, audit financial data of purchasing, inventory and consumption, and assist all departments in optimizing cost structures.
5、监督酒店成本控制，审核采购、库存、消耗等环节的财务数据，协助各部门优化成本结构。
Manage hotel capital flow and prepare capital plans to ensure capital safety and rational allocation of funds.
6、管理酒店资金流动，编制资金计划，确保资金安全与合理调配。
Administer daily management, training and performance appraisal of the finance team to improve professional competence and work efficiency of team members.
7、组织财务团队日常管理、培训及绩效考核，提升团队专业能力与工作效率。

【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
Solid professional financial knowledge with a good grasp of accounting standards, tax laws and relevant laws and regulations.
1、具备扎实的财务专业知识，熟悉会计准则、税法及相关法律法规。
Proficient in mainstream financial software and Office tools (Excel, PPT, etc.), with strong data processing and statement analysis capabilities.
2、熟练使用主流财务软件及办公软件（如Excel、PPT等），具备较强的数据处理与报表分析能力。
Rigorous, detail-oriented and highly responsible, with excellent communication, coordination and team management skills.
3、工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队管理能力。
Capable of independently handling full-set hotel accounting; candidates with hotel finance experience are preferred.
4、能独立处理酒店全盘账务，有酒店行业财务工作经验者优先考虑。
Medium-level or higher accounting professional title or CPA certificate is preferred.
5、持有中级及以上会计职称或CPA证书者优先。
Sound professional ethics with no adverse employment records.
6、具备良好的职业操守，无不良从业记录。
