【Job Responsibilities 岗位职责】  
Take overall responsibility for establishing and implementing the hotel’s financial accounting system to ensure timely, accurate and compliant accounting treatment.
1、全面负责酒店财务核算体系的建立与执行，确保账务处理的及时性、准确性与合规性。

2、审核酒店日常收入、成本、费用凭证，编制月度、年度财务报表及分析报告，为管理层提供决策依据。  
Supervise and control hotel capital operations, manage cash, bank deposits and accounts receivable to guarantee fund safety and liquidity.
3、监督并控制酒店资金运作，管理现金、银行存款及应收账款，确保资金安全与流动性。
Be in charge of hotel tax declaration and invoice management, liaise with tax authorities to avoid tax risks.  
4、负责酒店税务申报、发票管理及与税务部门的沟通协调，规避税务风险。  
Organize stocktaking and accounting of fixed assets, inventories and other assets of the hotel to ensure consistency between accounts and actual assets.
5、组织酒店固定资产、存货等资产的盘点与核算，确保账实相符。  
Participate in the preparation and implementation monitoring of the hotel’s annual budget, analyze budget variances and propose improvement suggestions.
6、参与酒店年度预算编制与执行监控，分析预算差异并提出改进建议。  
Cooperate with internal and external audits, provide required financial materials and implement audit rectification requirements.
7、配合内外部审计工作，提供所需财务资料，落实审计整改意见。
Guide and manage daily work of the finance team to improve the team’s professional competence and work efficiency.  
8、指导与管理财务团队日常工作，提升团队专业能力及工作效率。  

【Job Requirements 岗位要求】  
Majoring in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines; holding an Accounting Practicing Certificate, medium-level accountant or above professional title is preferred.
1、财务、会计或相关专业背景，持有会计从业资格证，中级会计师及以上职称优先。 
Familiar with hotel financial procedures and national fiscal & tax laws and regulations, capable of full-set accounting work. 
2、熟悉酒店行业财务流程及国家财税法规，具备全盘账务处理能力。  
Proficient in financial software (Opera) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3、熟练使用财务软件（如Opera）及Office办公软件，尤其精通Excel。
Rigorous, meticulous and highly responsible, with sound professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.  
4、工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的职业道德及保密意识。 
Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with all departments. 
5、具备较强的沟通协调能力，能与各部门有效协作。
