Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
Be responsible for the management of daily cash receipts, payments and bank account transactions of the hotel to ensure accurate and secure capital flow.
负责酒店日常现金、银行账户的收支管理，确保资金流动的准确性与安全性。
Review and process various payment applications and reimbursement documents to ensure financial procedures comply with company policies and tax regulations.审核并处理各类付款申请、报销单据，保证财务流程符合公司制度及税务规定。
Be in charge of payroll calculation, salary disbursement and individual income tax declaration to guarantee accurate and on-time salary payment.
负责员工工资核算、发放及个人所得税申报，确保薪资数据准确无误并按时发放。
Prepare daily cash and bank balance reports, conduct regular reconciliation with general ledger to ensure consistency between book records and actual funds.
编制每日现金及银行余额报告，定期与总账核对，确保账实相符。
Manage imprest and petty cash, monitor income and expenditure of each department to guard against capital risks.
管理备用金及零用现金，监督各部门收支情况，防范资金风险。
Assist the Finance Manager in monthly and annual stocktaking and audit work, and provide relevant financial vouchers and data.
协助财务经理完成月度、年度盘点及审计工作，提供相关财务凭证及数据。
Keep safe custody of important items such as financial seals, cheques and receipts, and implement strict collection and registration procedures.
保管财务印章、支票、收据等重要物品，严格执行领用登记制度。
Timely complete other finance-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
及时完成上级交办的其他财务相关工作。

Job Requirements 岗位要求
No restrictions on educational background; candidates majoring in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines are preferred.
学历不限，财务、会计或相关专业优先考虑。
No mandatory working experience required; candidates with cashier, accounting or hotel working experience are preferred.
工作经验不限，但具备出纳、会计或酒店行业工作经验者优先。
Familiar with basic financial knowledge and relevant national regulations; proficient in Excel and other Office software as well as financial systems.
熟悉基础财务知识及国家相关法规，熟练使用 Excel 等办公软件及财务系统。Meticulous, rigorous and highly responsible, with strong numerical sensitivity and awareness of error prevention.
工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备良好的数据敏感度及差错防范意识。
Possess good communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with staff, suppliers and banks.
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与员工、供应商及银行进行有效对接。
Honest and trustworthy, strictly maintain financial confidentiality with no adverse professional records.

Able to adapt to the working pace of the hotel industry and possess good team spirit.
