Classify pre-cooked ingredients and arrange them neatly by menu order.
按菜单分类摆放预制半成品,有序备料。
Transfer prepared ingredients from prep section to wok station timely.
及时将切配加工好的食材传递至灶台。
Deliver finished dishes to cold dish, roast and pastry sections for matching serving.
做好成品传递,衔接冷菜、烧腊、面点配套上菜。
Keep wok station, countertop, tableware and tools clean at all times.
随时保持灶台操作台、餐具、工具干净整洁。
Complete cleaning and disinfection of working area after each banquet ends.
每场宴席结束后完成岗位区域清洁消毒。
Sort leftover ingredients and tableware, count supplies such as garnishes and sauces.
整理剩余食材、回收餐具,盘点花草、酱汁等消耗物料。
Report insufficient supplies or damaged tableware to the supervisor immediately.
物料不足、餐具破损及时上报主管。
Cooperate closely with all kitchen teams to control serving rhythm during peak hours.
高峰期配合厨房各班组把控整体出餐节奏。
Adjust plate layout and garnish style according to VIP customized dish requirements.
根据贵宾定制菜品调整摆盘与装饰样式。
Check gas, exhaust and kitchen cleaning tools before and after shift.
上下班检查燃气、排烟设备及清洁工具完好情况。
Discover hidden hygiene and safety hazards and report them promptly.

Have relevant banquet kitchen commis working experience, familiar with plating procedures.

Know matching garnish and sauce collocation of Chinese banquet dishes.

Quick-witted, agile hands, able to keep up with fast banquet serving pace.

Must hold a valid health certificate; relevant chef training experience is preferred.
