Take overall charge of daily operation and management of the hotel Food & Beverage Department, and ensure the service quality and food production standards of all restaurants, banquet halls and bars comply with five-star hotel requirements.

Formulate and implement the annual business plan, revenue targets and budget control of the F&B department; regularly analyze operational data to improve the department’s profitability.

Supervise and optimize F&B service procedures, new dish development and menu design, and innovate catering products by integrating local ingredients and guests’ demands.

Lead and manage the F&B team, including recruitment, training, shift scheduling, performance appraisal and employee motivation, to build a high-performance service team.

Oversee inspection of catering service quality, food safety, hygiene and safety management to meet industry regulations and group standards.
负责餐饮服务质量、食品安全、卫生及安全管理的监督检查,确保符合行业法规及集团标准。
Coordinate collaboration with other departments (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Sales, Engineering, etc.) to guarantee smooth execution of grand banquets, conferences and special events.

Resolve guest complaints and special requests, maintain sound customer relations, and enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Keep track of industry trends and competitors, put forward operational improvement proposals, and drive continuous innovation and development of the F&B department.

Minimum 3 years of equivalent management experience in star-rated hotels or high-end catering establishments, with full mastery of the entire catering operation process.
具备至少 3 年以上星级酒店或高端餐饮行业同岗位管理经验,熟悉餐饮全流程运营。
Proficient in catering cost control, ingredient procurement, inventory management and financial analysis; capable of independently compiling budgets.
熟悉餐饮成本控制、食材采购、库存管理及财务分析,能独立完成预算编制。
Excellent team leadership, communication, coordination and stress tolerance skills; able to motivate staff and handle emergencies efficiently.
具备优秀的团队领导能力、沟通协调能力和抗压能力,能有效激励员工并解决突发问题。
In-depth knowledge of catering service details, food tasting and beverage expertise, with strong market sensitivity.
对餐饮服务细节、菜品品鉴、酒水知识有较深了解,具备一定的市场敏感度。
Strong customer service awareness, capable of establishing and maintaining high-end client relationships.
拥有良好的客户服务意识,能够建立并维护高端客户关系。
Candidates holding relevant food safety management certificates or having received professional catering management training are preferred.
持有食品安全管理相关证书或参加过专业餐饮管理培训者优先。
No restrictions on educational background, age or working experience as long as possessing practical management capabilities and industry experience.
