【Job Description 岗位职责】
Responsible for the daily operation, repair and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment, water supply and drainage systems, air conditioning systems, weak current systems, kitchen equipment and laundry equipment in the hotel to ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
负责酒店所有机电设备、给排水系统、空调系统、弱电系统、厨房设备及洗衣设备的日常运行、维修和保养,确保设备处于良好工作状态。
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for facilities and equipment, conduct regular inspections of system operations, and timely identify and address potential faults.
制定并执行设备设施的预防性维护计划,定期巡检各系统运行情况,及时发现并处理潜在故障。
Coordinate daily maintenance tasks of the engineering department, rationally allocate personnel and materials to ensure timely response to repair requests and qualified construction quality.
统筹安排工程部日常维修任务,合理调配人员及物资,确保报修响应及时、施工质量达标。
Supervise and participate in emergency repairs of sudden equipment failures, coordinate with relevant suppliers and external contractors, and control maintenance costs.
监督并参与设备突发故障的紧急抢修工作,协调相关供应商及外协单位,控制维修成本。
Provide skill training, safety education and daily work management for engineering staff to ensure compliant and safe operation of the team.
负责工程部员工的技能培训、安全教育和日常工作管理,确保团队操作合规、作业安全。
Check and record energy consumption data, propose energy-saving and cost-reducing optimization plans, and assist in controlling hotel operating costs.
检查并记录能源消耗数据,提出节能降耗优化方案,协助控制酒店运营成本。
Keep engineering drawings, equipment technical data and maintenance files, and establish complete equipment ledgers.
保管工程图纸、设备技术资料及维修档案,建立完善的设备台账。
Cooperate with various hotel inspections, audits and owner acceptance to ensure engineering compliance and standards.
配合酒店各项检查、审计及业主方验收工作,确保工程合规达标。【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
above (flexible for outstanding candidates); major in electrical, HVAC, water supply and drainage, engineering management or related fields is preferred.
中专及以上学历(条件优秀者可放宽),电气、暖通、给排水或工程管理相关专业优先。
Over 3 years of engineering maintenance experience in hotels or large-scale commercial properties, including at least 1 year of team management experience.
3 年以上酒店或大型商业物业工程维修经验,其中至少 1 年团队管理经验。
Hold at least one relevant certificate such as electrician license, high/low voltage operation certificate, elevator administrator certificate or refrigeration & air conditioning operation certificate.
持有电工证、高压(低压)操作证、电梯管理员证或制冷与空调作业证等相关证书之一。
Familiar with the operation principles and maintenance methods of various hotel equipment (boiler, central air conditioning, power distribution system, fire control system, water supply and drainage, etc.).
熟悉酒店各类设备(锅炉、中央空调、配电系统、消防系统、给排水等)的运行原理及维修方法。
Strong ability in fault diagnosis, emergency handling and practical maintenance, able to read engineering drawings.
具备较强的故障判断、应急处理及动手维修能力,能看懂工程图纸。
Steady and earnest work, strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit and communication skills.
