1. Assist Director of Sales to formulate and implement overall hotel‑sales strategies and achieve annual sales targets and budget goals.
协助销售总监制定并执行酒店的整体销售策略,完成年度销售目标与预算指标。
2. Develop and maintain high‑end client portfolios including corporate clients, travel agencies and meeting planners to expand the hotel’s market share.
负责开发并维护高端客户资源,包括企业客户、旅行社、会议组织者等,提升酒店市场份额。
3. Oversee daily operations of the sales team, guide subordinates on client visits, contract negotiations and after‑sales follow‑up to guarantee guest satisfaction.
监督销售团队日常工作,指导下属进行客户拜访、合同谈判及售后跟进,确保客户满意度。
4. Analyze market trends and competitor updates, submit periodic sales reports and put forward targeted improvement plans.
分析市场趋势与竞争对手动态,定期提交销售报告,提出针对性改进方案。
5. Cooperate with Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and other departments to optimize guest experience and maximize revenue.
协调与市场、预订、前厅等部门合作,优化客户体验。
6. Attend receptions and business negotiations for key clients on behalf of the hotel, and participate in industry exhibitions and promotional events.
参与重要客户接待与商务谈判,代表酒店参加行业展会及推广活动。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
1. Result‑oriented with strong sales‑driven mindset; capable of conducting negotiations and signing contracts independently.
具备强烈的销售驱动能力与结果导向意识,能独立完成销售谈判与合同签署。
2. Possess outstanding communication, coordination and team‑management skills to motivate the sales team to hit targets effectively.
优秀的沟通协调与团队管理能力,能有效激励销售团队达成目标。
3. Be familiar with hotel‑sales procedures. Candidates with knowledge of Zhoushan and surrounding markets are preferred.
熟悉酒店行业销售流程,了解舟山本地及周边市场者优先。
4. Have extensive interpersonal resources and strong customer‑service awareness, and be able to work under pressure.
具备良好的人际关系网络与客户服务意识,能承受工作压力。
5. No strict limits on education background, working experience or age. Candidates shall provide previous sales performance and relevant achievements.
