【岗位职责】
Take charge of daily Front Office operations, standardize check-in, check-out and guest reception workflows, and continuously improve guest satisfaction.
1、负责前台日常运营管理,确保接待、入住、退房等流程高效规范,提升宾客满意度。
Supervise and coach Front Office team members to ensure full compliance with hotel service standards, PMS operation and emergency handling protocols.
2、监督并培训前台员工,确保团队掌握酒店服务标准、操作系统及应急处理流程。
Handle guest complaints and special requests, liaise with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments for timely resolution to protect the hotel’s brand reputation.
3、处理宾客投诉及特殊需求,协调相关部门(如客房、工程等)及时解决问题,维护酒店声誉。
Arrange front desk shift rosters, monitor staff attendance and conduct performance evaluations; allocate work rationally to maintain adequate staffing during peak periods.
4、管理前台排班、考勤及绩效评估,合理分配工作任务,保障高峰时段人力充足。
Assist in drafting and executing Front Office budget, cost control and stationery procurement plans to boost operational efficiency.
5、协助制定并执行前台预算、成本控制及物资采购计划,优化运营效率。
Verify daily reservation records, VIP arrangements and room status reports, and guarantee accurate internal information handover.
6、检查每日预订信息、VIP客人安排及房态情况,确保信息准确传递。
Take part in hotel safety rounds and emergency response, and strictly implement all hotel safety policies.
7、参与酒店安全巡检及紧急事件应对,落实安全管理制度。
【岗位要求】
No mandatory requirements on education, age or prior experience; candidates must possess quick learning ability and strong service mindset.
1、学历不限,年龄不限,工作经验不限,但需具备良好的学习能力和服务意识。
Presentable appearance with outstanding communication skills; able to tactfully manage guest issues and unexpected incidents.
2、形象气质佳,沟通表达能力强,能灵活处理宾客关系及突发事件。
Candidates familiar with Opera PMS will be given priority; comprehensive training available for newcomers without relevant experience.
3、熟悉前台操作系统“Opera”者优先,无经验者可提供培训。
Basic conversational English to attend to daily enquiries from international guests.
4、具备基础英语口语能力,能处理外籍宾客日常问询。
Detail-oriented, accountable, adaptable to rotating shifts including night shifts; good team player with solid stress resistance.
5、工作细致负责,能适应轮班制(含夜班),具备团队协作精神和抗压能力。
