【岗位职责】
1、全面负责中餐厅的日常运营管理工作，确保服务质量与客户满意度达标。
2、制定并执行餐厅服务流程与标准，监督员工规范操作，提升服务效率。
3、负责菜品出品质量把控，与后厨团队协作，优化菜单及季节性菜品推广。
4、统筹餐厅人员排班、考勤及培训，提升团队专业素养与凝聚力。
5、处理顾客投诉与突发事件，维护餐厅良好口碑，提升复购率。
6、控制运营成本，包括食材损耗、能耗及物料消耗，完成营业额目标。
7、定期检查餐厅环境卫生、设备安全及食品安全合规性，确保符合标准。
8、配合公司开展营销活动，提出促销建议，提升餐厅营收。
【岗位要求】
1、具备较强的沟通协调能力与团队管理意识，能高效带领团队。
2、热爱餐饮服务行业，具有高度的责任心和客户服务意识。
3、具备专业的餐饮运营知识，熟悉中餐服务流程及礼仪。
4、能适应弹性工作时间，包括周末及节假日轮班。
5、具备良好的抗压能力与问题解决能力，能灵活处理现场突发状况。
