【岗位职责】
- 受理并解决各岗位员工反馈的各类IT技术问题及系统操作故障。
- 协助信息技术部经理开展酒店IT板块全流程日常运营管理工作。
- 对接酒店各部门,为办公电脑软硬件故障提供专业排查、维修与技术支持。
- 配合信息技术部经理,针对酒店现有及未来规划落地的信息化系统,提供优化、落 地相关建议。
对影响酒店营收、宾客体验的IT故障进行优先级分级处理,快速闭环解决问题, 并主动开展设备预防性维护工作。- 完整梳理、登记IT系统及相关设备资产,建立完善的资产台账,确保信息准确完 整。
- 及时排查工作中各类潜在及现存安全隐患,及时上报并跟进整改落地 。
- 根据酒店各类业务需求,调研并制定多元化IT解决方案,负责酒店各类新型技术设备的安装调试工作。
- 根据业务和酒店的需要,随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities】
Accept and resolve various IT technical issues and system operation failures reported by employees in all positions.Assist the IT Manager in carrying out the full-process daily operation and management of the hotel's IT division.
Coordinate with various hotel departments to provide professional troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for hardware and software failures of office computers.
Collaborate with the IT Manager to offer optimization and implementation suggestions for the hotel's existing and future planned information systems.
Prioritize IT failures that impact hotel revenue and guest experience, resolve issues quickly and thoroughly, and proactively carry out preventive maintenance of equipment.
Complete a comprehensive review and registration of IT systems and related equipment assets, establish a detailed asset register, and ensure information is accurate and complete.
Promptly identify potential and existing safety hazards in daily work, report them immediately, and follow up on rectification and implementation.
Research and develop diverse IT solutions based on various business needs of the hotel, and be responsible for the installation and commissioning of various new technical equipment in the hotel.
Perform any additional duties and tasks as required based on business and hotel needs.【任职要求】
- 教育背景与经验:计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历;
- 具备3年以上高星级酒店或同等规模企业IT运维管理经验,有国际联号酒店筹备工作经验者优先。
- 专业技能:精通酒店管理系统(如Opera、Infrasys等)及各类接口(POS、门锁、电话计费系统等)的维护;熟悉AutoCAD,能够基于AutoCAD图纸勘察建筑现场,熟练掌握网络架构、服务器虚拟化(VMware/Hyper-V)、网络安全策略及数据备份方案;具备处理突发IT故障的应急响应能力。
- 语言能力:具备必要的英语听说读写能力,能够流畅阅读英文技术文档。
- 管理与软技能:具备良好的团队领导力和跨部门沟通协调能力,能够制定IT培训计划并指导下属;拥有极强的客户服务意识,理解酒店行业“宾客至上”的服务理念;具备一定的项目管理和预算控制能力。
- 职业素养:工作严谨负责,具备极强的服务意识和抗压能力,可适配酒店轮班、节假日值班,突发加班需求。
- 对数据安全和保密性有高度敏感性。
【Job Requirements】
- Education Background & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of IT operation and maintenance management experience in a high-star-rated hotel or a similarly sized enterprise; experience in pre-opening preparations for international hotel chains is preferred.
- Professional Skills: Proficient in maintaining hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Infrasys) and various interfaces (POS, door lock, telephone billing system, etc.). Familiar with AutoCAD and able to survey building sites based on AutoCAD drawings. Solid knowledge of network architecture, server virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), network security strategies, and data backup solutions. Capable of providing emergency response to handle unexpected IT failures.
- Language Ability: Necessary English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to read English technical documents fluently.
- Management & Soft Skills: Strong team leadership and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; able to develop IT training plans and guide subordinates. Excellent customer service mindset with a deep understanding of the "guest first" service philosophy in the hospitality industry. Certain capabilities in project management and budget control.
- Professionalism: Rigorous and responsible work ethic, strong service orientation, and ability to work under pressure; adaptable to shift rotations, holiday on-duty schedules, and unexpected overtime as required by hotel operations.
- Highly sensitive to data security and confidentiality.
