1.协助行政管家全面管理客房部日常运营,重点负责楼层.、公共区域、洗衣房及员工排班调度。
2.监督客房清洁质量、布草使用、物资库存及设备维护,确保高效运转与成本节约。
3.执行每日查房制度,抽查客房清洁与布置标准,及时整改问题。
4.负责新员工入职培训、在岗技能提升及服务标准宣贯。
5.处理宾客关于客房服务的即时投诉,确保快速响应与满意闭环。
6.在行政管家缺席时代行其职责,保障部门正常运作。
7.根据业务和酒店的需要,随时增加的其他职责和任务。[Job Responsibilities]
1. Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the overall management of the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, with a primary focus on guest floors, public areas, the laundry, and staff scheduling and deployment.
2. Supervise room cleaning quality, linen usage, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
3. Implement the daily room inspection system, conduct spot checks on room cleanliness and setup standards, and promptly rectify any identified issues.
4. Responsible for new employee orientation training, on-the-job skill enhancement, and the communication and reinforcement of service standards.
5. Handle immediate guest complaints regarding housekeeping services, ensuring rapid response and satisfactory resolution.
6. Assume the duties of the Executive Housekeeper in their absence to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
7. Undertake any additional duties and tasks as required by business needs and hotel operations.[岗位要求]
1.大专及以上学历,酒店管理或相关专业。
2.5年及以上高星级酒店客房管理经验,2年以上经理岗位工作经验。
3.熟悉客房运营流程、质量控制体系及安全规范。
4.具备较强的组织协调能力与团队管理意识。
5.能熟练操作酒店管理系统(如Opera)及办公软件。
6.具备基础英语沟通能力。
7.年龄40周岁及以下,吃苦耐劳,服务意识强。[Job Requirements]
1. College degree or above, major in Hotel Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of housekeeping management experience in a high-star-rated hotel, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
3. Familiar with housekeeping operational procedures, quality control systems, and safety regulations.
4. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a clear sense of team management.
5. Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) and office software.
6. Basic English communication skills.
7. Age 40 years or below, hard-working, and with a strong service-oriented mindset.
