[岗位职责]
1.负责所辖楼层客房的清洁、整理、迷你吧补充、物品配送等日常服务管理。
2.监督客房服务员工作质量，执行查房制度，及时纠正偏差。
3.处理楼层宾客的即时需求与投诉，提供个性化服务。
4.管理楼层布草.易耗品库存，控制损耗，按时申领补充。
5.组织班前会，传达酒店政策、当日重点任务及安全提示。
6.协助行政管家完成VIP接待、房态核对、退房检查等工作。
7.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Responsible for the cleaning, tidying, minibar replenishment, and item delivery services for guest rooms on the assigned floor.
2.Supervise the work quality of room attendants, implement the room inspection system, and correct deviations in a timely manner.
3.Handle immediate guest needs and complaints on the floor, and provide personalized services.
4.Manage the inventory of linens and consumables on the floor, control wastage, and apply for replenishment on time.
5.Organize pre-shift meetings to communicate hotel policies, key tasks of the day, and safety reminders.
6.Assist the Executive Housekeeper with VIP reception, room status verification, check-out inspections, and other related tasks.
7.Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required by the business and the hotel.

[岗位要求]
1.高中/中专及以上学历。
2.3年及以上高星级酒店客房楼层工作经验，1年以上楼层经理经验。
3.熟悉客房清洁流程、服务标准及Opera系统操作。
4.具备良好的服务意识、应变能力与基础英语沟通能力。
5.责任心强，执行力高，能带领团队高效作业。
6.年龄40周岁及以下，形象良好，无不良记录。
[Job Requirements]
1.High school / secondary vocational school diploma or above.
2.At least 3 years of experience in guest room floor operations in a high-star-rated hotel, with a minimum of 1 year in a Floor Manager or similar supervisory role.
3.Proficient in room cleaning procedures, service standards, and Opera system operations.
4.Possess strong service awareness, good problem-solving skills, and basic English communication abilities.
5.Highly responsible and execution-oriented, with the ability to lead a team to work efficiently.
6.Aged 40 or below, with a professional appearance and no adverse records.
