[岗位职责]
1.负责酒店大堂、电梯、走廊、卫生间、停车场、外围等所有公共区域的清洁与美观维护，确保符合品牌标准及宾客体验要求。
2.制定公共区域清洁计划.排班表及质量检查机制，监督执行效果。
3.管理清洁团队，包括招聘、培训、考勤与绩效评估。
4.控制清洁用品、工具及耗材的使用，降低运营成本。
5.协调与工程部、安保部合作，及时处理地面湿滑、异味、设施损坏等问题。
6.在大型活动、VIP接待期间，统筹公共区域清洁保障工作。
7.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Responsible for the cleaning and appearance maintenance of all public areas, including the hotel lobby, elevators, corridors, restrooms, parking lots, and exterior/perimeter areas, ensuring they meet brand standards and enhance guest experience.
2.Develop public area cleaning schedules, staff rotas, and quality inspection mechanisms, and supervise the implementation and effectiveness of these plans.
3.Manage the cleaning team, including recruitment, training, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.
4.Control the usage of cleaning supplies, tools, and consumables to minimize operational costs.
5.Coordinate with the Engineering and Security departments to promptly address issues such as slippery floors, odors, and facility damage.
6.During large-scale events and VIP receptions, take charge of overall public area cleaning and support arrangements.
7.Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required by the business and the hotel.

[岗位要求]
1.高中/中专及以上学历。
2.4年及以上高星级以上酒店PA（公共区域）工作经验，2年以上公区经理经验。
3.熟悉大理石、地毯、玻璃等不同材质的清洁保养方法。
4.具备基础团队管理与沟通协调能力。
5.工作认真负责，注重细节，能承受高强度工作。
6.年龄45周岁及以下，形象整洁，服务意识强。
[Job Requirements]
1.High school / secondary vocational school diploma or above.
2.At least 4 years of experience in Public Area (PA) operations in a high-star-rated hotel, with a minimum of 2 years in a Public Area Manager or similar supervisory role.
3.Proficient in cleaning and maintenance methods for various surfaces and materials, including marble, carpet, and glass.
4.Possess foundational team management, communication, and coordination skills.
5.Diligent and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under high-pressure conditions.
6.Aged 45 or below, with a neat and professional appearance and a strong service-oriented mindset.
