[岗位职责]
1.全面负责酒店洗衣房的日常运营管理，管控客衣洗涤、客房布草清洗、熨烫、分拣、分发全流程，保障洗涤物洁净、无破损、高效周转，适配酒店开业筹备的布草开荒需求。
2.制定并执行洗衣房 SOP、质量标准与安全操作规程，定期维护洗涤设备，排查设备故障隐患。
3.管控洗涤化学品、水电及布草损耗成本，优化洗涤流程，提升工作效率。
4.负责洗衣房团队管理，安排员工排班、开展岗位技能培训、监督服务质量与工作效率，落实轮班制度。
5.对接客房、餐饮、康乐等各部门，协调布草收发、盘点与补给，保障全酒店布草正常供应。
6.处理客衣洗涤相关投诉，把控洗涤品质，保障宾客满意度。
7.落实洗衣房消防安全、化学品安全存放管理。
8.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Take full responsibility for the daily operational management of the hotel laundry department, overseeing the entire process of guest garment cleaning, guestroom linen washing, ironing, sorting, and distribution, ensuring that all laundered items are clean, intact, efficiently circulated, and meet the linen deep-cleaning requirements during the hotel's pre-opening preparation phase.
2.Develop and implement laundry SOPs, quality standards, and safety operating procedures; conduct regular maintenance on washing equipment and inspect for potential equipment malfunctions.
3.Control costs related to laundry chemicals, water and electricity usage, and linen wastage; optimize washing processes to improve operational efficiency.
4.Manage the laundry team, including staff scheduling, on-the-job skills training, service quality and work efficiency monitoring, and enforcement of shift rotation systems.
5.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and other departments to manage linen collection, distribution, inventory, and replenishment, ensuring a stable supply of linens throughout the hotel.
6.Handle guest complaints regarding garment cleaning, maintain strict quality control over all laundry services, and ensure guest satisfaction.
7.Implement fire safety protocols and proper chemical storage management within the laundry department.
8.Undertake any additional duties and tasks as assigned based on operational needs and hotel requirements.

[岗位要求]
1.高中 / 中专及以上学历。
2.2年及以上高星级酒店或大型洗衣厂工作经验，1 年及以上管理岗位经验。
3.熟悉各类布草材质、洗涤工艺、洗涤设备操作与日常维护。
4.具备成本管控意识、团队管理与跨部门沟通能力。
5.工作细致、责任心强，能适应轮班工作，可接受筹备期加班安排。
6.年龄 50 周岁及以下，身体健康，无色盲色弱，无不良从业记录。

[Job Requirements]
1.High school / secondary vocational school degree or above.
2.Minimum 2 years of work experience in a high-star-rated hotel or large-scale commercial laundry facility, with at least 1 year of management-level experience.
3.Familiar with various linen materials, washing processes, laundry equipment operation, and routine maintenance procedures.
4.Possess cost-control awareness, team management capabilities, and cross-departmental communication skills.
5.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility; able to adapt to shift work and accept overtime arrangements during the pre-opening preparation phase.
6.Age 50 years or below, in good physical health, free from color blindness or color weakness, and with a clean employment record.
