[岗位职责]
1.负责酒店大堂、电梯厅、餐厅、走廊、VIP 客房、宴会场地等全区域鲜花、绿植、盆栽日常花艺布置、定期更换和养护工作，维持空间美观状态。
2.根据季节、节假日、主题活动、宴会、婚礼接待，独立完成花艺方案设计、插花制作、现场陈设布置与后期撤场工作。
3.负责花房日常管理，包含鲜花采购验收、花材保鲜、耗材、花瓶、装饰物料盘点登记，做好花房卫生、工具养护，管控花材损耗，控制花艺耗材成本。
4.承接 VIP 客房定制花艺、宾客鲜花需求，配合酒店各类大型接待、开业筹备活动做花艺装饰落地。
5.熟悉各类鲜切花、绿植习性，做好花卉浇水、修剪、消杀、衰败花卉及时清理更换，排查绿植病虫害。
6.和前厅、餐饮、宴会、房务等部门对接活动花艺需求，跟进布置进度；主动跟进当下花艺潮流，更新酒店插花风格。
7.完成上级安排的绿植养护、节日装饰、开业前期环境软装筹备等其他工作。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Responsible for daily floral arrangements, periodic replacement, and maintenance of flowers, green plants, and potted plants throughout all hotel areas, including the lobby, elevator lobbies, restaurants, corridors, VIP guestrooms, and banquet venues, ensuring spaces remain aesthetically pleasing.
2.Independently design floral concepts, create floral arrangements, execute on-site display setups, and manage post-event takedown for seasonal changes, holidays, themed events, banquets, and wedding receptions.
3.Manage the daily operations of the flower room, including flower procurement and quality inspection, flower preservation, inventory recording of consumables, vases, and decorative materials; maintain flower room cleanliness and tool maintenance; control flower material wastage and manage floral supply costs.
4.Undertake custom floral arrangements for VIP guestrooms and fulfill guest flower requests; coordinate floral decoration implementation for major hotel receptions and pre-opening events.
5.Possess thorough knowledge of various cut flowers and green plants, including their care requirements; perform regular watering, pruning, pest control, and timely removal and replacement of withered or decaying flowers; monitor and address plant pests and diseases.
6.Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Banquet, Housekeeping, and other departments regarding event floral needs and follow up on setup progress; proactively stay informed of current floral design trends to refresh and update the hotel's floral styling.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, including plant maintenance, holiday decoration, and pre-opening environmental soft-decoration preparations.

[岗位要求]
1.高中 / 中专及以上学历，园艺、花艺、环境艺术相关专业优先，持有花艺相关技能证书优先录用。
2.1‑2 年及以上星级酒店或是线下花店花艺师工作经验，可以独立完成各类插花造型，拥有鲜花零售、客单定制经验者优先。
3.熟悉各类花材、绿植习性、保鲜养护方式，熟练掌握配色造型、花束包装等花艺技能。
4.拥有良好审美、沟通服务意识，能够准确捕捉住店客人的鲜花定制需求。
5.工作细致勤快，具备成本管控意识，可以接受节假日加班，适配酒店筹备阶段高强度工作。
6.年龄 50 周岁及以下，身体健康，无严重花粉过敏，品行端正、无不良从业记录。
[Job Requirements]
1.High school / secondary vocational school degree or above; preference for candidates with a background in Horticulture, Floral Design, Environmental Art, or related fields; possession of relevant floral certification/skills certificates is preferred.
2.1–2 years or more of experience as a florist in a star-rated hotel or a physical flower shop, with the ability to independently complete various floral arrangement styles; experience in retail flower sales and custom guest orders is preferred.
3.Familiar with the characteristics, care requirements, and preservation methods of various flowers and green plants; proficient in floral design skills including color coordination, styling, and bouquet wrapping.
4.Possess good aesthetic sense, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to accurately understand and fulfill guests' custom floral requests.
5.Detail-oriented, diligent, and with cost-control awareness; able to work overtime during holidays and adapt to high-intensity workloads during the hotel's pre-opening preparation phase.
6.Age 50 years or below, in good physical health, with no severe pollen allergies; of good moral character and with a clean employment record.
