[岗位职责]
1.熟悉酒店内的安全及消防救生系统。
2.指导监督本部的运作，确定保安工作的正确执行，确保酒店利益范围内的安全。
3.负责安排检查安保部的岗位设置，人员配置及各项制度的执行情况。并对所属安保员进行培训。
4.对酒店进行随机检查，以保证酒店内安保设施的正常运行，发生事故或发现隐患及时处理上报。
5.落实、实施酒店大型活动，及VIP客人的安全保卫工作，并做好相应人员、设施的调配工作。
6.熟练掌握并应用应急突发事件的程序及预案。熟悉由当地政府机构制定的有关酒店各类
7.许可及运营的各项安全规章制度并遵照实施。
8.根据酒店和业务需要，可随时增加相应的职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Be familiar with the hotel's safety, fire protection, and life-saving systems.
2.Direct and supervise the operations of the Security Department, ensure the proper execution of security work, and safeguard the security of the hotel's interests and premises.
3.Be responsible for arranging and inspecting the post setup, staffing, and implementation of rules and regulations of the Security Department, and provide training to security personnel under one's supervision.
4.Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure the normal operation of security facilities; handle and report accidents or potential hazards promptly upon discovery.
5.Implement and carry out security arrangements for major hotel events and VIP guests, and coordinate the allocation of relevant personnel and facilities accordingly.
6.Be proficient in and apply the procedures and contingency plans for emergency situations.
7.Be familiar with and comply with all safety rules and regulations formulated by local government authorities concerning the hotel's licenses and operations.
8.Perform such additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time according to the needs of the hotel and the business.

6.国际联号工作经验优先。
7.同岗位管理工作经验2年及以上。
8.对电脑办公软件如：Excel、PPT、Word能熟练运用。
9.年龄40周岁及以下，条件优秀者可适当放宽。
[Job Requirements]
1.Holder of an intermediate-level fire protection qualification certificate, familiar with fire protection laws, regulations, and operating procedures.
2.Strong safety management capabilities, able to independently formulate fire emergency plans and conduct hazard identification and rectification.
3.Highly responsible, quick to respond, with hands-on experience in emergency response to unexpected incidents.
4.Good team management skills, able to effectively coordinate the daily work of the security team.
5.Clean criminal record, good physical health, able to adapt to shift work schedules.
6.Prior experience with international hotel chains is preferred.
7.Two years or more of management experience in the same or an equivalent position.
8.Proficient in computer office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
9.Age 40 or below, requirements may be appropriately relaxed for outstanding candidates.
