[岗位职责]
1.协助市场传讯总监策划并执行各项市场营销活动
2.维护酒店在各类线上及线下媒体平台的信息展示。
3.与餐饮部保持密切沟通，协同推广旗下各餐饮营业场所。
4.协助制定媒体与市场营销计划。
5.确保第三方网站上的酒店内容与摄影图片得到及时更新与维护。
6.随时掌握酒店的更新动态，包括各项活动、促销方案及客房价格等信息；
7.按照企业视觉识别（CI）规范，为官方网站提供内容与图片素材。
8.撰写及优化各类市场传播物料，如宣传册、PPT、短视频脚本、活动通稿等，确保信息准确、风格统一;
9.协同市场部完成营销推广项目的传播支持，整合线上线下传播资源，提升品牌声量与公众认知度;
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Assist the Director of Marketing Communications in planning and executing various marketing activities.
2.Maintain the hotel's information display on all online and offline media platforms.
3.Maintain close communication with the Food & Beverage Department and jointly promote the hotel's various dining outlets.
4.Assist in formulating media and marketing plans.
Ensure that hotel content and photography on third-party websites are updated and maintained in a timely manner.
5.Keep abreast of the hotel's latest developments at all times, including events, promotional programs, room rates, and other information.
6.Provide content and image materials for the official website in accordance with the Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines.
7.Write and optimize various marketing communication materials, such as brochures, 8.PowerPoint presentations, short video scripts, and press releases, ensuring accuracy of information and consistency of style.
9.Work with the Marketing Department to provide communication support for marketing and promotional projects, integrating online and offline communication resources to enhance brand awareness and public recognition.

[岗位要求]
1.大专及以上学历，新闻传播、广告学、市场营销、中文、公共关系等相关专业优先;
2.具备3年及以上市场传播、品牌公关或新媒体运营相关工作经验，有快消、互联网或服务行业背景者尤佳;
3.熟练掌握主流新媒体平台运营逻辑，具备独立撰写优质传播文案的能力，文字功底扎实，风格灵活;
4.具备良好的媒体资源对接经验及基础舆情应对意识，能独立协调内外部传播资源;
5.熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础图片处理(如Photoshop/Canva)及视频剪辑(如剪映)能力者优先;
6.具备较强的沟通协调能力、多任务并行处理能力及责任心，能适应阶段性高强度工作节奏。
[Job Requirements]
1.College diploma (junior college degree) or above; majors in journalism and communication, advertising, marketing, Chinese language and literature, public relations, or related fields are preferred.
2.Three years or more of relevant work experience in marketing communications, brand public relations, or new media operations; candidates with backgrounds in FMCG, internet, or service industries are especially welcome.
3.Proficient in the operating logic of mainstream new media platforms; capable of independently writing high-quality promotional copy with solid writing skills and a flexible style.
4.Good experience in media resource coordination and basic awareness of public opinion crisis response; able to independently coordinate internal and external communication resources.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office software; proficiency in basic image processing (e.g., Photoshop/Canva) and video editing (e.g., Jianying/CapCut) is preferred.
6.Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, and a strong sense of responsibility; able to adapt to phased high-intensity work rhythms.
