岗位职责：
1. 负责酒店客房预订、渠道对接（如 OTA、官网、协议客户），确保预订信息准确无误。
2. 负责总机接听与转接，响应宾客咨询与需求，传递酒店服务信息。
3. 统计预订数据，分析客源结构，为营销决策提供数据支持。
4. 处理订单异常、改期、未到、特殊需求、电话投诉；及时上报并跟进闭环，提升宾客满意度。
5. 维护酒店形象，做到礼仪规范、保密意识强、工作细致高效。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历；酒店管理、旅游、英语类优先。
2. 有酒店预订/总机/前厅经验优先；熟悉 PMS 系统优先。
3. 英语流利，能独立接待外宾、电话沟通、处理预订。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：熟练
