【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店自助餐厅及宴会的日常菜品制作，确保出品质量与食品安全标准
2、根据菜单要求完成食材准备、烹饪加工、摆盘装饰等全流程操作
3、维护厨房设备清洁与操作规范，严格执行厨房管理制度
4、配合行厨师长研发新菜品并优化现有菜谱
5、控制食材损耗，协助成本核算工作
【岗位要求】
1、具备基础烹饪技能，熟悉中式/西式烹饪技法者优先
2、能适应早晚班次轮换，节假日高峰期加班
3、持有健康证，掌握食品安全操作规范
4、有团队协作意识，服从厨房工作调配
5、学习能力强，愿意接受系统化厨艺培训
