1.	Familiar with all hotel systems and equipment operation style. Monitoring consumption of water, electricity and gas, record and report the consumption.

2.	Carry out annual room preventive inspection and maintenance, arrange the working hours effective.

5.	To keep the workplace and equipment room clean.

6.	Carry out preventive maintenance and control procedures reasonably.

7.	Contact with the property contractor in time to ensure achieve quality standards and get technical support.
及时与物业承包商联络，确保达到合适的质量标准与技术支持。
8.	Maintain engineering tools and equipment to ensure it can operation in good condition.
对工程工具及设备仪器进行维修保养确保其能正常使用。
9.	Ensure enough stock material at workplace for maintenance.
