•Ensure the quality and quantity of incoming goods meet the standards, all goods are properly stored.
根据标准确定物品的数量和质量，按照酒店政策与程序贮存物品和分发。
•To store the goods on the right shelf in the proper storeroom and arrange the goods in a convenient manner, so that first in-first out policy can be achieved. 
在适当的位置保存货品，并运用FIFO方式出货。
•To issue goods according to properly approved requisitions and schedule.
保证所有出仓货品都有获得被批准的领货单。
•Ensure all stock movements are recorded properly, accurately and timely.
确保仓库进出货都有及时、准确的登记。
•To keep accurate and up-to-date inventory record.
能随时提供最新的仓库盘点单。
•To keep the Storeroom always clean, tidy and properly locked.
保证仓库内部干净、整齐，外出一定要上锁。
•Prepare purchase requisition for stock replenishment and ensure adequate par stock is maintained.
注意仓库库存量，及时按标准存货量申请采购。
•To assist in Store-taking. Ensure all goods can be checked and responsible for goods.
完成仓库盘点，并确保所有货物是可盘存并对差异大的货物负责。
•Ensure all items in store has Chinese label and in qualification period.
确保所有货物都有中文标识及在保质期内。
•Prepare monthly Slow-Moving list to the Cost Controller.
协助成本控制完成Slow-moving报告。
•Promote and encourage the use of Quality process to resolve issues which may arise.
推广和鼓励用有质量的方法解决问题。
•Assist in the training and mentoring of new talents.  Strives to develop new procedures that reduce work- load and stress. 
参与培训新人才，尽力运用新的方法以缓轻工作中的压力。
•Perform common duties as may be assigned by management.
履行由管理层指定的应尽职责。
