GENERAL MISSION 职责概述
Responsible for the accurate dissemination of information in coordinating the activities of the floors and Front Office and vice versa and other departments of the Hotel and guests.

To ensure efficiency in its performance by providing reliable information relayed from other department outside callers and highly responsible in doing necessary follow-ups.

To assist in administration for Housekeeping operations.
协助客房部的管理工作。
Maintain proper communication, coordination with guest, employee outside/inside department particularly Front Office and Engineering.

To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.

As the center of communication, responsible for receiving incoming calls from guest, in/out of department and convey it through proper channel.
作为交流的中心,负责接听和正确处理客人、部门内外的电话。
Log down all information received with the name of caller and information.
详细记录所接收的信息和来电人的姓名。
Communicates with person concerned on matter of the hotel, especially guestrooms, public area, linen and laundry sections.
遇到具体问题,要与客房、公共区域、布草和洗衣房的相关人联系。
Receives the VIP arrival and departure lists from FO/Sales and inform the Floor Manager and supervisor assigned in the area.
从前厅部/销售部接到贵宾入住和退房通知并将情况通知楼层经理和当班主管。
Accurately translate coaching and counseling sessions between Floor managers and associates.
当楼层经理给员工教导时做准确的翻译和记录。
Write down in logbook all unusual things such as:
在记录本上记下任何不寻常的事情:
l Sick call
客人生病的电话。
l Guest instructions / requests etc.
客人的指示/要求.
l Extra items issued to the guest and other items loaned out.
客人借出的特殊物品。
Passes on all information from other departments to the person concerned.
向其它部门传递相关信息。
Issues / receives floors and public area keys and make sure that the issuance / return control logbook is signed by the person concerned.
向楼层和工作区域分发和接收钥匙同时保证发放和接收时的签名登记。
Performs other duties that maybe assigned to him / her by the superior.
执行主管赋予的其它相关责任。
Greets and is courteous to all guest and colleagues, use eye contact and always offer assistance.
对待所有客人和同事要彬彬有礼、热情,用眼睛交流并时刻提供帮助。
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责
Prepare Housekeeper’s report and input into computer all room status report provided by the floor personnel.
通过楼层人员提供的信息向电脑里输入所有房态报告 。
Record all incoming and outgoing calls in the logbook.
登记所有进出电话。
Performs special duties as required by EH.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES 技术职责
To attend to guests’ needs and complaints properly.
正确处理客人的需求和投诉。
Responsible for the cleanliness of your own work area.
负责本职工作区域的清洁。
To arrange baby-sitting request.
安排托婴服务。
Keep files and records in good order to enable you to locate information as requested.

To provide service and information to hotel guests.
按客人的电话需求提供服务。
To check and endorse on master key control chart to incoming service coordinator.
交接班时检查钥匙并签名。
Relays special instructions of guests to concerned floor personnel and follows-up until work is done.
跟楼层联系,告知客人的需求并跟踪完成的情况。
Coordinates with floor supervisors, G.S.A. all blocking, rushed rooms and necessary information related to the housekeeping operations.
协调楼层主管、楼层服务员,通知一些必要的客房运作信息,如封房和赶房。
Establish priorities of work and repairs to be done and constantly follow-up until work is completed.
提前通知需要完成和维修的工作并经常跟踪直至工作的完成。
Centralize and control all extra items on loan to guests and coordinate same to the floor personnel with proper records.
集中和控制客人借出的所有特殊物品,同时与楼层人员协调,以确保正确记录。
Files reports like discrepancy report, group blocking, complementary order, GSA assignment sheet and housekeeping status report.
将差异房报告、团队、免费物品的要求、客房服务员工作表以及客房房态表归档。
Assist in the lost/found section in the absence of secretary in charge.
负责处理失物招领处的工作。
Prepares housekeepers report and update room status in the computer.
准备客房报告表,并在电脑里更新房态。
Supervise the daily office procedures as follows:

l Ensure Platinum and VIP pre-blocked rooms are received from the rooms controller by 10:00 A.M daily and assigned to the supervisors, notify the rooms controller when ready.
同前台房态控制员于上午10点前预定好白金卡会员和贵宾的房间,并通知相应主管,房间准备好后通知房态控制员。
l Ensure the daily discrepancy report twice daily is completed and distributed to the front office .
确保房态差异报告准确完成并交给前厅部办公室.
l Monitor the room availability report hourly, advise supervisors when VR pool is on critical level.
每小时更新客房可卖房报告,当可卖房很少时联系主管。
l Run the departure report daily at 14:00 P.M, verify the status of each room on the list and report findings to the front desk.
在下午2点打印预退房报告,通知楼层检查报告上的房间并通知前台房间的情况。
l Run and prepare VD report for the preventive maintenance attendant at 8:00 A.M and 1:00 P.M.
在早上8点和下午1点提供退房给做预防性维护的房间。
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES商业职责
By the way she presents herself both on the telephone and in person she plays an important role in creating an excellent image of the Hotel.
