MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 

Responsible for the efficient operation of all food and beverage sanitation.

负责所有餐饮有关部门的清洁及消毒工作.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要 :

To provide consistent services to internal and external customers, by adhering to and enforcing all Marriott Standards and Policies; training and guidance of trainees and attendants.

通过坚持和执行各种万豪标准政策;培训和指导其部门其他员工和实习生,为所有顾客提供始终如一的,高质量保证服务。

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :

1. Directly responsible for sanitation of all culinary, storage and buffet areas

直接负责厨房卫生设施,存储和自助餐区域

2. Supervises dish room shift operations and ensures compliance with all food and beverage policies, standard and procedures

监督管理盘碟存放间的轮班运转操作并确保与餐饮部的相关政策,标准,程序相一致

3. Performs all duties of utility associates as necessary

执行所有必要工作职责

4. Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products

适当操作并对所有食品保持适当温度

5. Inspects food holding and transport equipment repair and maintenance program

检查食品持有程序和运输设备及其维修设备程序

6. Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards

确保食品操作及卫生标准符合规定规范

7. Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal regulations

确保所有操作符合政府法律法规

8. Manages all equipment, china, glass and silver and ensures adequate clean supplies of each

管理所有设备,瓷器,玻璃器皿,镀银器皿并确保有其负责清洁的供应商

9. Knows and enforces proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc

熟知并对所有服务器皿,设备,地板等清洁程序严格正确执行

10. Enforce proper breakdown procedure for banquets, restaurants, room service and associates cafeteria

针对宴会厅,餐厅,客房送餐及员工餐厅执行正确适当的破损程序

11. Conducts China, glass and silver inventories

对瓷器,玻璃器皿和银器皿定期盘点管理

12. Purchases appropriate supplies and manage inventories according to budget

根据部门预算采购适当量的所需品及做好盘点工作

13. Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met

回顾员工的不同级别来确保其满足客人的服务需要,操作运营需求及财务目标

14. To ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott SOP and property LSOP

熟知万豪集团所有的标准操作程序和本地标准操作程序

15. Making sure the cleanness level is compliant with the brand standard guidelines

确保清洁标准符合酒店品牌标准

16. Knows and implements Marriott's 70 Points of Hygiene and Safety Standards.

了解并执行万豪70项卫生及安全标准

17. Trains associates in safety procedures and supervises their ability to follow loss prevention policies to prevent accidents and control costs

给于部门员工安全程序的培训,预防事故发生培训及成本控制

18. Effectively investigates, reports and follow up on associates accidents

有效调查,报告及跟踪员工的意外事件

19. To be responsible for maintaining outlet safety at all times

在任何时间维护各个分支部门的工作安全

20. Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis

制定月度预防性检查计划

21. To implement a departmental daily 15 minutes training with associates

执行贯彻部门每日15分钟培训计划

22. Ensure utility staff is properly trained regarding sanitation, equipment handling and chemical usage

确保给于部门员工关于卫生,设备操作及化学品的使用相关的培训

23. Train supervisors and the correct process of progressive discipline

针对主管进行相关培训及正确所有原则

24. Helps associates receive on-going training to understand guest expectations

帮助员工培训并理解客户需求期望

25. Responsible for associates reviews, ensuring appraisal in a professional and timely manner

负责员工评估,确保评估的专业性

26. To ensure the efficient scheduling of supervisors and associates

合理有效安排部门主管及员工的排班

27. Periodically plan outside associates activity to promote teamwork

周期性的计划安排员工参加团队活动

28. Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation

通过沟通和合作,创造一个积极和谐的部门关系

29. Perform any reasonable request made by the management which is not life threatening or against the law

严格执行管理层的任何不违反法律法规的合理要求

30. Responds in a friendly manner to guest concerns or inquires

友好礼貌的面对客人所关注的所有问题及需求

31. Ensure associates maintain required food handling and sanitation certifications

确保员工持有必须的食品操作和卫生操作证明

32. Empowers associates to provide excellent customer service. Ensures associates understand expectations and parameters

授权员工为客户提供优质服务,确保员工理解其期望

33. Observes service behaviours of associates and provides feedback to individuals; continuously strives to improve service performance

观察员工的服务行为并对他们提供反馈信息,不但指导他们改善服务表现

34. Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and     cooperation.通过坦诚的沟通合作,积极推动跨部门的合作
