【岗位职责】
1、按标准配方及操作流程，独立完成甜品屋及西饼房日常产品的制作，包括但不限于法式甜点、慕斯、蛋糕、面包、酥皮类及手工饼干等。
2、负责每日出品前的原料准备、称量、搅拌、整形、烘烤、装饰及摆盘，确保产品外观精美、口感稳定，符合酒店品质标准。
3、严格执行食品安全与卫生规范，做好工器具、操作台及设备的清洁消毒，落实原料先进先出原则，及时处理临期或过期物料。
4、根据季节或酒店活动需求，配合研发新品或改良现有配方，参与试制及成本控制，提出合理化建议。
5、协助管理原料库存，定期盘点，及时反馈缺货或损耗情况，控制物料使用量，减少浪费。
6、负责烤箱、搅拌机、冷藏柜等设备的日常使用检查与基础维护，发现异常及时报修。
7、配合前厅或宴会需求，完成特定主题甜品台的制作与陈列，确保出品及时且造型完整。
8、服从厨师长或主管的工作安排，协助完成其他岗位临时性支援任务，保持厨房工作区域整洁有序。
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉面包西饼等的制作工艺及技能，热爱烘焙或西点制作，有相关培训经历或学徒经验者优先。
2、熟悉基础烘焙原料特性及常用工具设备操作，具备一定的动手能力与色彩美感。
3、工作认真细致，注重卫生，有良好的食品安全意识。
4、能适应酒店厨房排班节奏（含早班、节假日轮班），有团队协作精神。
5、 熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪，有星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包西饼制作工作经验优先。
6、身体健康，无传染性疾病，持有效健康证。
语言能力：中国普通话-良好计算机能力：精通年龄要求：25-40岁
