You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Associate Restaurant in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee and owner expectations To manage the Associate Restaurant in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation‘s standards, ensuring maximum associate satisfaction.
拥有至少两年在酒店员工餐厅担任厨师长或副厨师长的工作经验；有厨房操作或管理资格证书者更佳；必须全面掌握厨房卫生操作、职业健康和安全标准方面的知识；有MS Office 和菜品配方维护系统的基本知识者优先。
Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel Associate Restaurant; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
