工作职责：
1、带领员工认真做好餐前准备，确保质量标准；
2、正式开餐后，督导并带领员工认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作；
3、及时跟踪、检查台面，对不合格的地方进行指正、改正；
4、餐后组织员工及时清台，整理好餐厅桌椅卫生，保持餐厅整洁和环境良好；
5、督导员工认真落实餐厅与部门规章制度；
职位要求：
1、有3年以上高级中餐厅工作经验;
2、熟悉餐厅管理和服务方面的知识，具有熟练的服务技能；
3、有较高的处理餐厅突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力；
4、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感；
5、熟练英语口语表达能力（优先考虑），可以用英语为顾客服务。

From the moment guests step inside, theyembark on a multisensory journey filled with surprise and wonder. The restaurant’s logo – twocrescent moons – symbolises “glimpsing a fragment” of the unseen, hinting at exploring themultitude of the world. Since its founding in 2020, Obscura has been dedicated to pioneering andexpressing “New Chinese Cuisine”, bridging the local and the global, tradition and modernity, taste and culture.美学设计DesignObscura 餐厅巧妙地融入比邻的“唐香文化空间”浓郁中国文化元素。以流线型的曲线漫游其间，从前台、酒柜到主厨餐桌等皆采用弧线型台面，又通过竹竿、木质纹理、深色金属等质感不一的材质体现刚柔并济的理念，予人中西并容的多重想象、镶嵌在天花板里的白色灯具营造特别光束，就如 Obscura 给人如黑洞般无限延伸的神秘感。餐厅共有两层，一层的主厨餐桌共 12 个席位，二层则更偏向中式，四米长的餐桌可容纳 10 位宾客。Obscura seamlessly integrates the rich Chinese cultural elements of its neighbour, the TangxiangCultural Space. Fluid curvature guides guests through the space, from the reception and winecabinet to the Chef’s Table, all featuring sinuous countertops. Bamboo poles, wood textures, anddark-toned metals interplay, embodying the harmony of strength and softness, evoking a fusionof Eastern and Western sensibilities. White luminaires embedded in the ceiling cast airy beams, echoing Obscura’s enigmatic, infinitely expansive allure. The restaurant spans two levels: the12-seat Chef’s Table on the ground floor offers an immersive culinary experience; the upperfloor embraces a more pronounced Chinese aesthetic, with a four-meter dining table that caters10 guests.
