MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. General
Solution oriented and taking pride in the details, the Server builds, delivers and stewards the
moments that define Fotografiska for Guests, Members, and team – past, present, and
future. The role requires someone who is ready to:
 Consistently provide thoughtful and personal service with the goal to develop a
rapport with guests ,and members
 Ensure the Restaurant & Café counter and floor are set and ready for service
 Maintain the cleanliness and always restock equipment of the Restaurant & Café
counter and floor.
 Pack down the Restaurant & Café counter and floor at the end of service
 Maintain thorough working knowledge of menus and be able to articulate to guests
in an engaged and thoughtful manner.
 Proficient use of POS for ordering and billing purposes.
 Execution of the order of service in a timely and accurate manner with the goal of
creating memorable service - we want Guests and Members to remember that visit!
 Execute the entire cycle of service thoroughly and efficiently: from greeting to order
taking to preparation to assembling to processing payment.
 Prepare all food and beverages to the standards of Fotografiska and our partners.
 Thorough working knowledge of all beverages:
coffee/tea/non-alcoholic/wines/beers/spirits.
 Communicating with prep kitchen to ensure areas are always fully stocked with food
and beverage items, alerting the kitchen when running low on a particular item.
 Maintain cleanliness of areas, including all surfaces and equipment.
 Follow instruction, respond to management directions, and complete tasks on time.
 Competency in conversing with guests, members, and potential members regarding
Fotografiska and our various exhibitions, programs, pricing structure and amenities.
 Work multiple activations on the property that hosts several events weekly.

 Develop and coordinate the organization of various areas of The Restaurant, Café
and other F&B outlets on property.
 Competency in conversing with guests, members, and potential members regarding
Fotografiska and our various exhibitions, programs, pricing structure and amenities.
 A charismatic and articulate ambassador of the Fotografiska brand.
2. Health and Safety
 Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation,
policies and procedures
 Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and
operate equipment safely and sensibly
 Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential
dangers
 Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with company requirements
REQUIREMENTS：
1. Education
A college degree specializing in restaurant/hotel management or equivalent qualification
2. Language
Good communication skill in Mandarin and basic English verbal, listening and writing
3. Work Experience
Related Bar, Restaurant or Lounge experience in the same or similar positions
4. Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of Restaurant/Cafe operational procedures.

5. Skills
Impeccable customer service by responding promptly to member/guest needs, soliciting
feedback to improve service, and responding to all member requests (not just F&B
related)

Able to work on some nights, weekends and holidays
岗位概述本岗位是餐饮业务成功的关键。服务员为 Fotografiska 的宾客与会员打造优质餐食与酒水体验；向餐饮部副经理 / 主管汇报，作为品牌大使，精通餐食、餐桌服务、葡萄酒及鸡尾酒服务。
与宾客、会员沟通时保持热情优雅，敏锐体察需求。团队秉持 “事无巨细，事事尽责”，需要灵活应变，配合场馆各部门完成整体运营需求。主要工作职责综合运营

提供贴心个性化服务，建立良好宾客关系；完成餐厅、咖啡厅营业前摆台准备，做好物料补给；营业结束完成收台收尾。
熟练掌握菜单、咖啡、茶饮、酒水知识，能够向宾客讲解介绍；熟练操作 POS 点餐收银系统。
完整执行整套服务流程：迎宾、点单、备餐、出餐、结账，按照品牌标准出品餐食饮品。
与后厨同步物料库存，缺货及时反馈；维护责任区域及设备整洁，服从管理指令按时完成工作。
向访客介绍场馆展览、活动、会员权益，做好品牌形象传递；参与场馆各类主题活动现场服务。
健康与安全

遵守职业健康安全法规及公司制度；熟悉场馆安全、急救、消防应急流程，规范操作设备。
发现安全隐患及时处置并上报主管；按公司规定登记安全事件及意外事故。
任职要求

学历：餐饮、酒店管理大专或同等资历
语言：普通话流利，具备基础英语听说读写能力
经验：酒吧、餐厅、休闲餐吧相关岗位工作经历
知识：熟悉餐厅、咖啡厅运营流程；认同企业价值观，学习意愿强
技能：优质客户服务，快速响应宾客各类诉求，主动收集服务反馈
排班：可接受夜班、周末及节假日轮班（做五休二）
