MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role requires someone who is ready to:
1. General
 Ensure that service stations are prepared stocked and ready for service.
 Greet all guests, using the guests’ name as often as possible.
 Take orders, served food and drinks to ensure that guests have a great experience
within the department.
 Maintain highest level of cleanliness, including safety of furniture, fixtures and
fittings.
 Ensure that the guests bill is accurate.
 Ensure that payment is received from all guests, and is posted in Micros.
 Recommend and ‘sell’ to guests through menu knowledge, suggestive and up-selling
techniques.
 Be responsible for the safe keeping of all keys.
 Ensure that all food and beverage products are correctly stored, dated, labelled and
rotated where necessary.
 Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, and meet hotel
grooming and uniform standards.
 Be empowered to deal with guest problems, and to seek advice when unsure what
to do.
 Develop self and others, by responding t and giving feedback to other associates.
 Comply with food handling procedures.2. Health and Safety Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and
operate equipment safely and sensibly
 Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential
dangers
 Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation,
policies and procedures
 Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with company requirements

REQUIREMENTS：
1. Education
A college graduate or Vocational School graduate
2. Language
Good communication skill in Mandarin and English verbal and listening
3. Work Experience
Past food, beverage, or grocery experience
4. Knowledge
 Well-organized and able to multi-task
 Enjoy working with people
5. Skills
 Flexible and proactive, responding quickly and positively to changing environments.
 Quick and good learner
 Work both independently and with a team
 Positive and can-do attitude
6. Working Environment and schedule
 Able to work in shifts on nights, weekends and holidays

岗位定位咖啡师通过热情周到的服务，超出宾客预期，给客人带来惊喜体验；保障点单准确、服务高效顺畅。
核心工作职责综合运营

做好服务工位备料、物料补给；主动问候宾客，尽可能称呼客人姓名；完成点单、餐食饮品出品，保障顾客体验。
维持场地高标准清洁，保障家具设施安全；确保账单准确，收款并录入 Micros 收银系统。
熟悉菜单，运用推荐、向上销售技巧向顾客推介产品；妥善保管各类钥匙。
所有餐饮食材规范储存、标注日期标签、执行物料先进先出；遵守食品处理操作流程。
保持个人仪容仪表，符合着装仪容标准；可独立处理客诉，无法决断时及时向上级求助。
接收并给予同事工作反馈，实现自我与团队共同提升。
健康与安全

熟悉场馆安全、急救、消防应急流程，规范操作设备；发现安全隐患及时处置并上报主管。
遵守职业健康安全法规及制度；按规定登记安全事件与意外事故。

任职要求

学历：大专或职业院校毕业；
语言：普通话流利，具备英语听说沟通能力；
经验：有餐饮、饮品、商超相关从业经历；
素养：条理清晰，可多任务并行，乐于与人打交道；
能力：灵活主动，适应环境变化，学习能力强，可独立工作也擅长团队协作，工作心态积极；
排班：能够接受夜班、周末、节假日轮班。（做五休二）
